What makes this event special is that we are combining the IFMBE’s Nordic-Baltic conference with the Swedish MTF (Svensk Förening för Medicinsk Teknik & Fysik) annual national meeting in biomedical engineering. You therefore have the opportunity to attend a larger and more vibrant congress than previous years!

We look forward to a broad and interesting program with lots of inspiring and educational talks. This year’s conference theme is Strategic Innovation. A particularly interesting session relates to the New Karolinska Hospital, including their planning and procurement of medtech equipment. The meeting aims at inspiring increased triple helix collaborations between health care providers, academia and the medtech industry.
